Kerri L. Quinn, M.SPartner

Kerri has facilitated over 1000 restorative intervention dialogues. She is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker and writer on restorative justice and restorative communication. Her work in building successful restorative justice programming has established her as a “restorative thought-leader” in the state of Colorado.

Kerri’s model of restorative dialogue has been published in national peer-reviewed journals, adopted by more than 200 schools for use in both classroom and faculty-staff interaction, and taught to over 1000 trainees.  This model has also been adopted by the Colorado Department of Youth Corrections and the Colorado Department of Corrections Victim Offender Dialogue program where she currently facilitates encounters between incarcerated offenders, victims and family members. After implementing Kerri’s program model, juvenile recidivism dropped to 6% in the Colorado Springs Municipal Court System.

Recognizing the dire need for trauma-responsive restorative communication practices, she has developed specialized trainings for schools and victim advocates. She is the co-author with Dr. Bledsoe of an upcoming book “Building Trauma-Responsive Restorative Cultures” (2018). Kerri is concurrently an adjunct professor of organizational conflict resolution and leadership at both Creighton University Law School and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

She is a devoted mother of three, outdoor adventurist, and fierce advocate of victim’s rights.
